Anyone can participate:
Becoming a LVVR member is really easy. All we ask is that you participate. You
don't even need to live in Las Vegas. We currently have members traveling from
as far as Kingman, AZ and St. George, UT to attend our meetings. But anyone is welcome to post in our forums and talk reef.
To join us, please register for our reef
forums and introduce
yourself. You'll find that we're a friendly bunch of people with
diverse backgrounds that all enjoy reefs.
We currently do not require membership dues. However, we have started offering paid memberships now that the club has grown.
Club Memberships:
Club memberships help keep the our organization running. They help fund the websites, pay for raffle prizes, and guest speakers among many other things.
With your club member ship you will recieve the following:
- "I Support LVVR" logo in your forum signature
- Sponsor discounts to many local and internet stores
- Personal Photo Gallery with 1000 MG of storage
- Ability to be entered into the monthly "club members" raffle for a chance to win corals and other dry goods!
- (coming soon!) Access to special "For trade" and "for Sale" threads with dicounted members only prices.
- (coming soon!) Access to video lectures from previous club guest speakers, never miss out just beause you could make the monthly meeting!
- (coming soon!) Membership cards used at local fish stores in town
